Mother's Day Celebrated

                            M-O-T-H-E-R
"M" is for the million things she gave me,
   "
O" means only that she's growing old,
     "
T" is for the tears she shed to save me,
       "H" is for her heart of purest gold;
         "
E" is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
           "
R" means right, and right she'll always be,
Put them all together, they spell "MOTHER,"
A word that means the world to me.
It is very truly said God could not be everywhere and therefore he made Mothers.

So, today we had organized a function with a small tribute for all the mothers. Firstly, there was a choir song sung by the students to show their affection and gratitude towards mothers.

Secondly, Students of II standard as a mark of their love for all the mothers, recited a poem. Then, Students of standard VII & VIII depicting the importance of mother and how she supports her children in every situation Dance troop of our school gave a compassionate performance in the end.
