FACULTY DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP@SSPS


                             Learning should never stop. A good student is a great teacher. A faculty development workshop based on Integrating Language skills was organized by Orient BlackSwan on Wednesday 18th September 2019 at Saint Soldier Public School, Pratap Nagar. The resource person was Ms. Namrata Pant. The workshop was based on how to develop language skills. How a language teacher can improve the students for upcoming challenges of global language.
                       
                                How a language teacher can develop LSRW skills and interrelated sub skills. All the queries regarding these were discussed in the workshop. It was completely an interactive session. All the teachers were actively taking part in it. To create the interest and make the session more fruitful some activities like completing the story, drawing picture on the basis of instructions etc. were conducted on Reading, Listening, Speaking and writing skills. It was a wonderful and interactive way to rejuvenate our minds.

Hindi Diwas@SSPS


                               Hindi Diwas is regulary celebrated on 14th September in Saint Soldier Public School, Pratap Nagar. A special assembly was organized by the students of class VII A. A poem about the significance of Hindi was recited.
                         At the end our Respected Principal Ma’am Ms. Charu Gupta shared her views by saying that in a developing India where English is given priority we must give equal importance to Hindi. We should learn correct Hindi to express our feelings.

INVESTITURE CEREMONY@SSPS

                                     “If your action creates a legacy that it inspires other to dream more, learn more, do more and become more.”
                                         The Investiture Ceremony of Saint Soldier Public School, Pratap Nagar was held on 7th Sept. 2019 with great enthusiasm. The ceremony started by lighting of lamp by our Honourable Secretary Sir Sardar Gurmeet Singh Ji and Respected Principal Ma’am Ms. Charu Gupta.
                                                  The members of newly elected student council were announced along with the names of House Captains and prefects. The newly appointed members marched in with heads held hig, to the beautiful beats of the school band on this great occasion of Investiture ceremony. The appointed Council members and house captains, prefects were adorned with sash, badges and certificates by our Secretary Sir, Principal Ma’am and House Mistress. Head Boy Mast. Khem Singh the oath to the council members and all other appointees, with a promise that they would discharge their duties with integrity, faith and excellence. Investiture Ceremony was followed by the motivational speech by our Secretary Sir. He urged all the students to follow 4 things that are important i.e. A-Academics, B-Balance, C-Curricular activities and D-Discipline.
                                                Followed by vote of thanks by Head Girl Ms. Karishma Kansotia, for their support in every aspect to bring out her best. The last motivational speech came from our respected Principal Ma’am. She motivated the childrens to keep moving forward despite all the obstacles and challenges that life throws in front of us. A great gesture was shown by our new appointees as to remember the day by planting trees under the guidance of our Principal ma’am. The ceremony concluded with National anthem.

Gala Teacher's Day Celebration @SSPS


"GURU GOVIND DOU KHADE .. KAAKE LAAGU PAAYE
                                     BALIHARI GURU AAPNE GOVIND DIYO BATAYE"

                                                                   5th September - birthday of the Dr. S. Radha Krishnan is celebrated worldwide as Teacher’s day. So, the students of SSPS also celebrated this day as a gratitude for their teachers . The celebration initiated at 09.30 am wherein Principal ma’am Ms Charu Gupta followed by all the teachers were very warmly welcomed by the students. The programme started with the prayer song and after that our honorable principal ma’am were welcomed on behalf of the staff and students by giving a bouquet as a token of affection from our side.


 Each Teacher has some special quality in them that makes them different from others. So to highlight these qualities students, honored the teachers with special titles. Subsequently the students presented a stupendous dance performance energizing the ambiance
                                                                       After that the senior students enacted a short entertaining skit depicting student - teacher classroom tête-à-tête.  Children had also organized a few games for the teachers. The students of class 12 took the charge to take care of school to create perfect ambience. They taught in junior classes with a motto to fit in the shoes of teachers. 
To celebrate the day with teachers in fun ad frolicsome manner the basket of enjoyment was full of games like balloons fun  and to wearing Saafa. The teachers had nice amalgam of memories and enjoyment. The teacher also expressed their thanking words to mark the day special for them.
