INTER-HOUSE ENGLISH DEBATE COMPETITION!!

“IT IS BETTER TO DEBATE A QUESTION WITHOUT SETTLING IT THAN TO SETTLE A QUESTION WITHOUT DEBATING IT.”
Thus, we conducted an inter house debate competition on the topic “should mobile phones be allowed to students in school premesis.There were eight candidates in total debating for and against the motion. The time limit provided to the students was three minutes.
Each contestant gave their paramount wiles to be the victor. 
Fateh Singh house took the first position.
Principal Madam appreciated the efforts put in by the students and teachers

Celebration of Van Mahotsav Week!!



                                                               Date: (1-7-13) Monday

                   Van Mahotsav is an annual plan- Indian tree planting festival. It was initiated in 1950 India's Union Minister for Agriculture, Kulapati Dr.K M Munshi. It is expected that every citizen of India has to plant a sapling in the Van Mahotsav week. It helps to spread awareness amongst people about the harm caused by the cutting down of trees.Thus, to populace the plantation of plants, Van Mahotsav week was initiated in the school assembly. A brief speech on how and why this festival is celebrated was told.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
                                                           The new Eco Club members were appointed and after that the club members along with the teachers and the eco club members actively took  part in the plantation  of the saplings.

                  The beginning of a new session is always an auspicious time, a time for new hope and renewed dreams. Today the school reopened and the campus bloomed with the echoes of students.









To welcome the students the assembly was organised by teachers and a short skit was performed by the teachers. Thus the day ended by a motivational speech given by our Principal Ma’am.






  



Pre-Primary wing enjoyed a moral story enacted by the teachers. The students enjoyed a dance with the teachers on chuk chuk rail ghadi song..

Summer Camp FLASH MOB!!!!

Closing Ceremony of SUMMER CAMP!!


                                     Like last year, this year too a summer camp was organized for students. As the saying goes ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END summer camp also came to an end .The Principal and the Event Organizer Mr.Sunil presented certificates of appreciation to all the participants

Children who took part in the Dance course gave a short show of the learnt skills during the sessions, and that was a great gala performance with around 60 participants presenting simultaneously!!!
