A step towards cleanliness

                  ‘Cleanliness is godliness’ on Friday 28^th April 2017 a workshop on good cleanliness habit was held at Saint Soldier Public School, Pratap Nagar.

            A noted Social Activist Mrs. Sangita Yadav came to edify the students in the front drop of ‘Swachhata Abhiyaan.’ She made the students aware about the surroundings through presentations. She told that cleanliness is not a gift of god hence we need to come out and make our surrounding clean and healthy.

She explained briefly that ‘we have borrowed the nature from our next generation; we haven’t inherited it from our ancestors. Thus, bidding farewell she urged the need of the hour to be clean and safe.

Our Planet Earth, keep it safe activity !!!

“Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's needs,

                  but not every man's greed.” 

                                                                 

                                   The weekend morning of Saturday, 22^nd April 2017 was well cheered and reared in Saint Soldier Public School, Pratap Nagar on the occasion of World Earth Day. The students presented miniature Earths showing challenges of safe planet. They showcased the problem of matter earth through slogans.

     

                            Simultaneously The Tiny Tots of School were introduced with the four parts of mother earth i.e. croplands, fisheries, grasslands and forests through models and pictures. A skit over the theme 'keep it safe-the mother earth' was performed and recitation of 'Boond boond se sagar' and 'Na kato mujhe' rhymes was done.

                     The morning assembly was full of miniature earth presentation and slogans. The speech over the theme of save earth was loved by all. Respected Principal Ma’am, Mrs. Aruna Suresh appreciated the awareness move and edified all by her words to save earth by saving energy,the need of the hour.

Health Club Activity!!!

                               “Health is wealth”.  

                 It is truly said that of all things in the world health is the most valuable that one can possess. Money is no doubt a pleasant thing. However, it can give no pleasure to a man of ruined health.

         

 

          Today, 18^th April 2017 in our school, Healthy food activity was organized under the Health Club. Every student of school brought healthy food and teachers also participated with students in this activity. They brought healthy food like sprouts, fruits and salad etc.

              The motto of this activity was too aware every one about healthy eating habits, benefits of healthy food and bad effects of junk food. Our Respected Principal Ma’am Mrs. Aruna Suresh appreciated the efforts and insisted on the need of healthy food.

BUDDING SCIENTIST ACTIVITY!!!

                Science may set limits to knowledge but it has no limit for imaginations. To prove this our Pre Primary wing Teachers organized an interactive session of Budding Scientist Activity for students.

                         They are use many fun with science experiment like Blow the balloon by CO₂  gas, Oil is not mixed in water, Layers of soil. Parachute by plastics carry bag. Balloon & comb power electricity.

                          The activity was very interesting and knowledgeable. It was a new and learning experience for the students.

BAISAKHI CELEBRATION !!!

                              On this Baisakhi, let us pray, that it will be a year with new peace, new happiness, and abundance of new friends, may god bless you throughout the coming season.The fine morning of Thursday 13^th April 2017 filled every one with the feelings of nurturing nature in the name of Baisakhi celebration. The programme of Baisakhi was celebrated in morning assembly with zeal.

                                        The celebration initiated with a speech describing the history of Baisakhi given by the students of X A class Abhay Singh Tomar and Aryan Singh. The importance and symbolism of Baisakhi and detailed knowledge of tradition was told by students. Our Respected Principal ma’am Mrs. Aruna Suresh gave vote of thanks to teachers and students for preparation of such an event full of joy and deity. She also gave her warm wishes.

Kids Fruit Activity and World Health day !!!

              “An apple a day, keeps the doctor away”, yes! This is quite true as fruits play a very important role in our lives.

                              Today, We celebrated “Fruit Activity” and "World health Day" in Pre Primary wing. Many children came dressed up in different fruits like mango, banana and Apple etc., and spoke about fruits which is an exciting way for children to learn about these healthy foods. Children have got to know and explore different kinds of fruits.  Teacher taught about different fruits and their nutritive values.

All the children enjoyed the whole activity.

                        World Health Day is a global health awareness day celebrated every year on 7th April, under the sponsorship of the World Health Organization (WHO). The day attempts to increase awareness about the major health concerns.

                        This day marks a great importance as it signifies the importance of health that we are neglecting widely in our busy day to day life. To spread the importance of health among students a special assembly was organized by class XII B. In Speech, the students initially threw light on the initiation and formation of world health day, The students gave few beneficial health tips to cope with this acute summer and also for their general well being.

Fun With Balloon Activity!!!

                  Today, Fun with balloon activity was held in Pre-Primary wing the school in which the students made different balloon craft like Hot air balloon in Prep-A, Cone with balloon in Prep-B, Face of clown with balloon in Nursery, Straw with balloon in K.G. 

The students had a great time and happy to see their own creation and they thoroughly enjoyed this activity.

Welcome back to School !!!

              

                           New session 2017-18 started enthusiastically on 5.4.17. A special assembly was conducted by the SSPS teachers to welcome the students to the school in our very own traditional way. The assembly started with the lamp lighting by Principal Ma’am Ms. Aruna Suresh and worshipping of goddess Saraswati and with a hope to achieve success throughout.

                      A welcome song ‘Swagatam’ was sung by the teachers, followed by a short skit focusing to ‘Conserve Natural Resources’ was presented by teachers which edified students. All enjoyed the skit as well as the motivational words of Respected Principal Ma’am. All took an oath to conserve natural resources i.e. water, light, petroleum etc. All new students and new teachers were welcomed by putting Tilak followed by introduction.

                               


                                                                                                                                                     Simultaneously the first day of new session for Pre Primary wing brought smile over the faces of Tiny tots. The teachers welcomed them by putting Tilak. An array of welcome song, Story Telling (The Monkey and The cap Seller) and The magic show made the morning fine and beautiful.
