SHABAD KIRTAN….SAANS ……SAANS…….SUMIRAN
On Saturday, 24 Nov. 2018, the students of
SSPS brought deistical relief on every face. Since the hymn singing is an
integral part of Sikh , so the Sumiran to
almighty creator was done to render the
devotion in God. House wise Shabad Singing Competition was arranged. 10 students from
each house sung the hymns to celebrate the incarnation day of founder and first Guru of Sikh Pant Shri
Gurunanak Dev ji. Students presented the shabad kirtan nicely with musical
instruments. Their meditative and reflexive voice filled the air with staunch
devotion to the almighty creator.
At last the results were announced to the students. Sahibzada
Ajit Singh House secured First position, Sahibzada Jujhar Singh and Sahibzada Fateh
singh respectively secured second & third positions. Our respected Principal Ma’am
Mrs. Aruna Suresh enlightened our students with her words of encouragement. It
was a joyful day to remember.
