Sahodaya a CBSE principals meet!

              On 28th Feb. 2013 Sahodaya a CBSE principal’s meet was held at Saint Soldier Public School. All the principals of reputed CBSE schools that come under the sahodaya group attended the meeting. The meeting was presided by President Mrs. Suniti sharma principal of MGD School, Vice President Mrs. Mala Agnihotri principal of IIS and Secretary Mrs. Neera Mathur principal of SMS School.

The meeting was held under these dignitaries' guidance. 25 Principals of different schools attended the meet.The objective of the meeting was to have a detail discussion on the various circulars related to CBSE,documentation of co-scholastic evaluation,feedback on the conduction of PSA examination for standard IX and XI . There was also discussion on the conduction of value based assessments.Next year event calendar was also discussed in detail.

 The principals added their valuable suggestions on strengthening of the SAHODAYA.There was a guest lecture with a presentation by Abhinav Dhaiya NGO UDAAN who talked about “How to teach the leaders and how to sensitize students on sensitive issues?".
             Our principal ma’am expressed her vote of thanks to all the principal’s who had taken out their precious time for the meeting.
The session ended with a light refreshment.

Orientation Programme for Class IX – A Step Towards a Promising Future Saint Soldier Public School, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, successfully organized an insightful Orientation Programme for the students and parents stepping into Class IX. The session aimed at apprising them with the significant changes in subjects, curriculum structure, and the revised evaluation pattern as per the upcoming academic requirements. The programme witnessed an enthusiastic participation of parents and students, reflecting their eagerness to understand the new academic framework. The orientation served as a guiding platform to ease their transition into secondary education, which plays a crucial role in shaping future academic paths. The Principal, Ms. Charu Gupta, addressed the gathering with great clarity and depth. She elaborated on the subject choices, marking scheme, and the importance of conceptual learning over rote memorization. Her detailed explanation effectively resolved the queries and concerns of both parents and students, leaving them reassured and confident about the journey ahead. Adding further value to the session, the School Secretary, Shri Gurmeet Singh Ji blessed the students, emphasizing the importance of discipline, consistency, and a focused approach towards studies. He encouraged students moving to class 9th, to embrace the changes with a positive mindset and make the most of the opportunities provided by the school. The programme concluded on a highly positive note, strengthening the bond between the school and parents, and ensuring that students step into Class IX with clarity, confidence, and motivation.
