Date: 26-01-2014 (Sunday)

‘Freedom In Mind, Faith In Words, Pride In Our Heart, Memories In Our Souls, Lets Salute The Nation On This Republic Day.’
On this republic day, our school celebrated its 65th republic day with great pride and honour. We were honoured to have with us our respected Secretary Sir Sardar Gurmeet Singh Ji. The programme initiated with the flag hoisting followed with National Anthem.
An oath is gratitude, a reminder, a promise, a pledge to the ultimate path, therefore to remind us of our duties and responsibilities pledge was taken by the students.

Thereafter an inspiring Hindi speech was presented by Sukanya of Class IX awakening us how hard freedom fighters struggled for our freedom and how we should continue to ignite our lives with the same love and dedication for our nation. ‘Freedom from fear is the freedom I claim for you my mother land! Freedom from the shackles of slumber wherewith Freedom from the burden of the ages’ yes with these true words our song choir presented a melodious patriotic song before us.

‘The highest patriotism is not a blind acceptance of official policy, but a love of one's country deep enough to call her to a higher plain.’ To make this true an inspiring English speech was presented by Pawan Khandelwal of class VIII. To make our cultural programme more charismatic a patriotic dance was presented by ix class boys.
Lastly, our respected secretary sir shared a few words of knowledge and inspiration how we should strive hard to  fulfill our duties and share our responsibilities to be a responsible citizen of the country.
Last but not the lest our principal ma’am came forward for vote of thanks and expressed her gratitude towards staff and students.
