Flower Rangoli Competition

Onam is one of the most popular Hindu festivals of south India. On this occasion people wear new clothes, decorate their houses and put flower carpet called ‘ Pookalam’ in front of their houses, to welcome king Mahabali.



Thus to mark this festival a class wise flower rangoli competition was organized for class’s ix and x in the activity hall. There were six participants from each class. All the participants got various colourful flower petals. The students marvelously decorated their rangoli with colourful petals and leaves.

A special message from the School Secretary, Shri Gurmeet Singh Ji, inspired everyone with his wise words. He emphasized the importance of dedication, moral values, and consistent hard work. He encouraged students to dream big, stay focused, and become responsible citizens who contribute positively to society. His blessings served as a guiding light for students embarking on this new academic journey. Principal, Mrs. Charu Gupta, also addressed the gathering with her encouraging words. She welcomed the students warmly and highlighted the importance of regularity, sincerity, and a positive attitude towards learning. She urged students to believe in themselves, respect their teachers, and uphold the values of the school. The assembly concluded on an uplifting note, leaving students energized and ready to begin the new session with zeal and determination. The day marked not just the start of a new academic year, but also the beginning of new dreams, aspirations, and achievements.
