The workshop was led by two eminent
resource persons—Ms Sonal Bhargava, PGT, Maheshwari Public School,
Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, and Ms Anjali Jagdev, PGT, MGD Girls’ School,
Jaipur, the distinguished educationist and visionary leaders emphasised on the
importance of embedding core values such as integrity, respect, empathy,
discipline, and responsibility into everyday teaching practices. The purpose of
this programme was to highlight the pivotal role of teachers as mentors and
role models in shaping students’ character alongside academic growth. The
programme encouraged educators to create a value-rich classroom environment
that supports holistic development.
