Capacity Building Program on Value Education@SSPS

Saint Soldier Public School pratap nagar,Sanganer Jaipur proudly hosts the CBP – Capacity Building Programme Workshop, with the vision of continuous professional growth and academic excellence and especially focusing on Value Education, with the aim of empowering teachers to nurture morally responsible, empathetic, and value-driven learners.


















The workshop was led by two eminent resource persons—Ms Sonal Bhargava, PGT, Maheshwari Public School, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, and Ms Anjali Jagdev, PGT, MGD Girls’ School, Jaipur, the distinguished educationist and visionary leaders emphasised on the importance of embedding core values such as integrity, respect, empathy, discipline, and responsibility into everyday teaching practices. The purpose of this programme was to highlight the pivotal role of teachers as mentors and role models in shaping students’ character alongside academic growth. The programme encouraged educators to create a value-rich classroom environment that supports holistic development.

The school extends special gratitude to Respected Shri Gurmeet Singh Ji, School Secretary Sir, for his visionary leadership and incredible initiative in hosting  such meaningful professional development programmes. His constant support and commitment towards shaping teachers, play a vital role in strengthening value-based education within the institution.

 

The Orientation Programme for students stepping into Class VI at Saint Soldier Public School, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, was conducted with great enthusiasm and purpose. The session aimed at preparing young learners and their parents for the significant transition from primary to middle school, where academic expectations and learning approaches undergo a meaningful transformation. The programme focused on introducing the key changes in study patterns, emphasizing a shift from basic learning to more structured, concept-based and deep learning. Students were guided to adopt better study habits, including regular revision, time management, independent learning, and critical thinking skills. The session was effectively conducted under the guidance of the school Principal, Mrs. Charu Gupta, who addressed the gathering with clarity and encouragement. She elaborated on the new academic framework, assessment patterns, and the need for students to develop a strong foundation through consistent effort and curiosity-driven learning. Her insightful words reassured parents and motivated students to embrace this new phase with confidence and enthusiasm. Adding further inspiration, the School Secretary, Shri Gurmeet Singh Ji, shared his valuable message, encouraging students to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to their goals. He emphasized the role of parents and teachers as partners in a child’s educational journey and urged students to cultivate good habits that will shape their future. The programme concluded on a positive note, leaving parents informed and students inspired to take on the challenges of Class VI with a determined and optimistic mindset.
